Each time I sneeze, it gives out a very bad smell and I don?t know what to do about it. I am sure that I am not suffering from any Ear, Nose and throat disease. I have been feeling this bad odor for one year. Sometime I feel a mild pain inside my chest. I think it is either my heart or lungs problem. Can anyone tell me what the problem may be?

Dear lybrate-user Bad smell from mouth (after sneezing) is indicative of bad digestion. Correct your diet. Eat fresh vegetables, fibrous grains for one month. Stop masala, non veg, spicy, oily foods for one month and take purgative like castor oil for 2 days to clear undigested stale food in belly. This will help. Drink adequate water through out the day.
