Dear lybrate-user I understand your apprehension but I recommend for not getting confused and demoralized. There are so many causes which can cause sub-fertility. Ideally speaking, they all should be investigated right now, for which you need to see a gynaecologist. Normally 20 Million sperm count is minimum most for conception.
