There is pimple on my out side of my anus hole. Its paining like a wound. Its almost 4th time im suffering from this. I consulted from a allopathic doctor. I want a final cure for this issue, and also I want the reason why it's happening often. Please help me to sort this out.

You may be having fissure in ano, which happens due to hard stool and tight sphincter, so you need to be examined by surgeon and proctoscopy to be done, by the time keep your stool soft by taking plenty of water orally and syp cremaffin 3 to 6 tsf hs use ointment lox anally before defecation to reduce pain. If it is a fissure than sphincter relaxing ointment may be added, and surgery is the final answer if not treated by medicine.
