drink warm water,take dinner early , take healthy food, cows ghee in regularly.do regular exercise,yoga,pranayam. Avoid -overeating,drinking lot of water & sleeping immediate after taking food , oily,fast,spicy,bakery ,deep fried food,junk food,outside food ,water,chilled water,cold drinks etc.
