Since 5 days My wife is suffering from facial palsy after pain behind left ear. Now she got some deformity on lips and function of eye blinking and food taste. She is unable to find out the taste of food. Lips and smile is not proper. I consult a Neuro-physician .Doctor given prednisolone 20 mg BD and a pain killer and a multivitamin which contain methylcobalamin + ALA+ more ingredients in therapeutic concentration. Please suggest me any other advice for faster recovery and how long she will suffer from this. Please aware me for further complication if any. Some one suggest me physiotherapy for this. Is this beneficial? I need you valuable advice regarding this.
