How to handle bipolar or cyclothymia? I am currently under a treatment for past 7 months. However I feel it's getting worse. Could be due to alcohol consumption (drink twice a week in an average) and I lost my job 8 months back currently unemployed. However in my low days I can't pull myself and high days can do anything and everything, it's like a celebrities feeling as everyone is drown towards me. But now a days in my low days I get suicidal thoughts And my doc has increased my doz. I am taking Lamitor OD 100 and antidep 100 mg. Total consumption is 400 mg. Please advise if you can.
