If a regular birth control pill had been taken and then after 1 hour an emergency contraceptive pill had also been taken within 72 hours. Is there is any chances of getting pregnant?

There is no need of taking emergency contraceptive pill when you are on regular contraceptive pills. In fact you disturb the amount of hormones. Anyways there is hardly any chance of pregnancy. But if you miss your period it's better to do a pregnancy test early.
