I had a itching in anal area, I checked with general physician, came to know that Anal fissure ,He given a ointment "Piloroute" two days I applied Pain is gone, But after two weeks it's recurring, Again consult doctor he told to do Small Surgery, Is there any solution without surgery I am 27 years old male.

You need to be examined by general surgeon and proctoscopy to be done to know that what exactly it is, if it is fissure then use ointment lox anally before defecation and ointment nitrogesic anally qid, keep your stool soft by taking plenty of fluids orally and high fiber diet even you can take syp cremaffin 3 to 6 tsf hs, treatment goes for months, if not treated surgery should be done.
