Whenever I imagine any sexual thing on my mind, my penis gets excited and very little amount of water like liquid comes out from my penis. That liquid is not really like semen which is more white in colour and more concentrated, it is rather like water in colour and a little more concentrated than water. Even when I talk to my girlfriend, even if it is just formal talks, this problem occurs. I want to get remedies of this problem ASAP.
