I am a diabetic married person. I got married at the age of 36. We haveried for a baby this Jan but my wife suffered miscarriage in Feb. I am taking regular treatment for diabetes from a endocrinologist. What type of tests should I need to do before trying for a baby. How can we avoid miscarriage? Has diabetes got anything to do with miscarriage?

Hi .I would suggest you to consult privately so as to know about your wife's cycle details and many other things. And then only would let you know what specific investigations you need to get it done. Before getting pregnanct. And yes diabetes is also one of the causes that can affect your baby. But it's more of a female diabetes which we r concerned with. So don't worry. Feel free to consult.
