Left kidney 122�70 mm. Dilated pelvicalyceal system and proximal ureter with evidence of echogenic foci "5 mm" noted approximately 10 cm from -s/o calculus I really wanna know what I am suffering from thats my left side abdomen ultrasound results.

You are having ureteric stone of 5 mm se said so take plenty of fluids orally, it may pass spontaneously, you can take tab dafcort TM 1 od for 5 to 7 days, if it doesn't come out it has to be removed by urs, consult urologist. You need to be investigated like urine rm ,urine cs, serum creatinine ,serum calcium, serum uric acid and x ray ivp for further management.
