I often experience mild pain just below the penis. I also have over reactive balader .I take medicine for that (tropan xl 5).I sometimes feel like there is something stuck in my penis veins. I also feel pain after vowel movement and masturbation. When there are lots of urine, I feel like it's stuck underneath the joining points of my pain and balls area.
