It would be ideal for you to undergo a hystero-Laparoscopy to check onto your uterus as well as tubes. If possible; uterine adhesions can be broken and also tubes can be dealt with on Laparoscopy if they are healthy. You will need to check for Pelvic Tuberculosis during the procedure. Depending on what the hystero-Lap reveals further steps can be taken. It is highly likely that you may need fertility treatment for conceiving. Be under the supervision of a fertility specialist offering complete range of fertility solutions.
