I am male 21, my father is suffering from high blood pressure and kidney failure. Now my blood pressure is 130/90. Is there a chance of kidney failure? How to control my bp.

130/90 is normal BP for your age, But You have not mentioned the cause of his kidney failure. Kindly discuss that with his nephrologist to understand if you have any risk too. A few lifestyle measures will help you have BP control like - DAILY EXERCISE FOR 40-45 MINS, Avoid eating too much junk and food rich in salt like chutneys, chips, namkeens, papads etc, Decrease stress levels, have proper sleep of 8 hrs.
