Stool gets stuck in the rectum and anal canal in chronic constipation due to dryness of the stool. It may be one cause of low back pain. You will need a colonoscopic examination to rule out other conditions. Try Livoluk Fiber powder to be taken at night before going to bed. Take 3 tspf of powder dissolved in 1/2 lit of water and drink the whole thing. If effective continue daily for 1 month and contact me
