I have suffering from gastric ulcer. And heavy pain in chest .i consulted from gastrologist from 3 week ago and he gave following medicines. Nexpro rd20, librax, ciplar20, flumecor cap, cirrosam-400, prorad-z (sachet. But I have only 20% relief yet chest is sill paining and heavy feeling. How to cure gastric ulcer and heal it completely. Dear lybrate-user You have to make drastic changes in your food and diet. Please go off spicy, stale, oily foods. For few weeks till you heal, go on a soup, juice, mungdal khidi diet. Take lots of A2 Indian Desi cow ghee. Drink warm water to match intestine warmth. No fuzzy drinks and absolutely no fasting. You have to allow atleast 6 weeks for proper healing. Do sookshma/soft pranayama to strengthen belly and lungs. Regards.
