conjunctivitis suspected, having itching, red colour and a white circle appears around cornea, in both eyes. Is it conjunctivitis?

It might be conjunctivitis or could be allergy also. Unless I examine your eyes I can`t be sure so its better you consult an eye specialist locally for the correct diagnosis and the treatment.

It seems to be allergic conjunctivitis, you may use Tobrasone eye drops 3-4 times + genteal eye drops 4-5 times for few days &if you don't get relief you should consult ophthmologist.
