Sir/Madam off lately my mom is complaining about knee pain and sore in the left leg. She is of 45 years of age and has attended the Menopause. She is under medication for vitiligo too. May I know the reason or should I be skeptical about filaria too Pls suggest whom to meet.

Early menopause and knee pain. Menopause can lead to bone softening and early onset of osteoporosis and osteoarthritis. Will benefit from X-ray of the knees -(standing) AP AND LATERAL views and seeing an Orthopaedic surgeon.
