Cancer can have no symptoms initially. In advanced stage symptoms are 1. Persistent weight loss 2. Uncontrolled Fever 3. Constant pain 4. Loss of appetite 5. Change in bowel habits 6. Cough 7. Depression (sudden onset ). There is no single test to diagnose cancer.
