Only after a competent Rhinoplasty Surgeon (Plastic Surgeon / ENT Surgeon) examines your nose thoroughly will he decide what is the best type of correction you need. Cost of these surgeries vary depending upon
1. The skill, competence, experience and fame of the Operating Surgeon/s and team
2. The city or town
3. The type of hospital (charity hospitals/ nursing homes/ government aided hospital/ teaching hospital/corporate hospital / boutique hospitals / JCI Accredited Hospitals (international clientele)
4. Any implants or fillers used.
I suggest you meet a good doctor at a reputed center in your city for a clinical assessment after which you will be given an estimate.
As for recovery period. Upto 3 months if an osteotomy is needed.(it is not pleasant! As they say, NO PAIN, NO GAIN!)

Depending upon actual surgical work, cost of rhinoplasty may vary from Rs. 15,000 to Rs. 80,000. Generally stitches are removed in a week but swelling takes longer to resolve.
