Recently I got pain at anal cavity. I went to hospital. Doctor said it was a infection called fistula. How can I overcome this.

Hi, generally fistula doesn't cause pain. It may be a fissure or a perianal abscess. Just consult your doctor again. Get a Trans anal Ultrasound done to get a proper diagnosis.
