I am having very mch phlegm and is not coming out. From 5 days I am dng inhalation with sinarest green tabs. BT no improvement. already I HV expectorant olso. BT I think no use. please help meplz.

Hello *U can take homoeopathic medicine Ipecac 30 (4pills,) twice a day for 3 days *Take Kali sulph 2 tab at night for 3-5 days. *Avoid sweets n cold food and drinks. *Have more water n fruits.
