Cervical nerve compression may lead to pain, numbness, tingling, weakness, loss of sensation at upper limbs. You did not mention what is your symptom. Any way already you are on steroid which may take care of any inflammatory pain due to compression, and gabapentin is good for neuropathic pain and other symptoms. But dose of gabapentin is little low and it should be in the range of 300-600 mg/day. Another drug like pregabalin and nortriptyline may also be added to therapy if needed. If not releived then nerve block is the way. You should consult your doctor and you may discuss these issues with him.
