Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. You have to continue the anti TB treatment till it is completely cured, which may be 6 to 9 months. To reduce general weakness take extra proteis in your day to day diet. If you can consume eggs then add 3 eggs per day (either boilde or fried), take a balanced diet, increase intake of green leafy vegetables and salads. Also exercise regularly to build muscle strength. Plus get your blood checked to see if you have anemia and also diabetes. Thanks.
