My wife, 47, is schizophrenic and is on monthly depot inj of tolaz 210 mg. What does it transform into daily dose of oleanz roughly. Her doctor recommends her to switch over to daily oral dose of 5 mg oleanz instead. This seems less dose to me as per direct calculation. Also, I have read that the efficacy ofdepot inj is better over oral dose. Is it advisable to switch to oral medicine? Request advise.
