Hello Doctors, when i wake up in the morning continues sneezing is happing and water dropped out from my nose. One of the doctor was confirmed this is Sinuses. Some of the medicines are advised me I am not taking cool drinks and citrus food but using that medicines .but purely not controlled. Is there any permanent solution please suggest me. I am working in pharma company since last 8 year. But suffering from this last 2.8 years.

Please get your allergy testing done. Immunotherapy is the only permanent cure for you. You should avoid dust and other allergins (proved by your allergy test) and go for immunotherapy. If you do not want this therapy module then you should take only a single tablet of Levocetrizine 10 mg at night for a month and check your symptoms. If you feel this tab does not suffice take an Azelastine spray 2 puffs a day for 1 month. This therapy should be enough to keep you normal in your day to day life.
