I am 26 yrs female and I am pregnant. And my question is my weight is constant as compared to last month. Suggest me proper diet in pregnancy coz there is no one to look after me.

A constant weight during pregnancy may be an issue or not depending upon your period of gestation. It's ok to gain no or little weight in the 1st trimester. But if it is so in the 2nd half of pregnancy, it may be a sign of fetal growth restriction which needs to be further evaluated. Have a balanced diet rich in proteins, minerals and vitamins. With calcium n iron supplements, take protein powder with milk twice a day specially available for pregnancy.
