Hi lybrate-user Your is suffering from osteoarthritis knee at this age I don't advise you knee replacement. Contarast bath like 3 min. Of hot water and 2 min. Ice cold water do it for 30 min. After she has to do some knee exercise. Like quadriceps exercise and hamstring exercise if you know good or you can consult physiotherapists near by you.
