If I am hiv negative by DNA Pcr qualitative and quantitative test. Then am I hiv positive or negative please reply. please it's my request.

Hello rahul I am Dr. sourab md internal medicine. If your blood is negative for hiv pcr both quantitative and qualitative then you are negative for hiv. But if you recently had an exposure to a person or blood products there is a time period before which test becomes positive usually upto a week.
