Hello Doctor, My husband has been diagnosed with calcium deficiency in spinal region. Due to that he has severe pain radiating in different parts of the body. Apart from this he has also been diagnosed with high cholesterol levels according to ECG reports. So, would you please recommend best foods or a diet plan where his body can absorb calcium and at the same time eliminate the risk of cholesterol? Furthermore I would like to add that he is taking calcium tablet called CIPCAL-500, Other tablets prescribed are ECOSPRIN AV 75, PARACIP-650 and NITROFIX SR 30. He is on one month medication right now. I request you to go through the details and suggest a perfect diet plan for him. Thank you.
