a stone of 11mm size is unlikely to be managed by medicines only.. you may need surgical intervention to extract the stone as chances of spontaneous remission is very less. Consult an urologist for medicines for pain relief and discuss about prospects of surgery.

Dear , please post picture of your scan here and then I can say something for sure. At present I think it may be the length and width must be less so it must be passable so drink plenty of fluids along with some antispasmodic like doverin and diuretics like lasilactone for two months and see what happens
