My spouse has been diagnosed with a bulky uterus condition. She has so far no complaint or discomfort indications. When is it advisable to go for surgery or can it be treated with medicine?

Mere bulky uterus is never an indication for surgery. Often women who delivered number of children can have bulky uterus. What we need is to review the usg diagnosis and also to check if there is any problem inside her. If no, she does not need any drugs at all.
