I have a recurrent constipation. I take high fibre diet as well. I take milk of magnesia as well still no effect. I am pain and itching in anus as well. I took an albendazole 400 mg tablet today as well. No effect please prescribe some med.

be relax mentally and physically.dont think too much as it cause anxiety and nervous ness...take Nux vomica 200.one drops daily and night in cup of water for 7 days.also take cina200in gloubles 4-6pills thrice daily for 3days in a week's for 30 days and CONSULT after taking medicine thanks.
