Since your cycles are regular and you have tried only for 5 months I would suggest you to try naturally for another 6 7 months and if you don't conceive then get your self investigated. .rest about ovary ki swelling it could be due to infection most likely n not pcos. So send me your scan report then only will be able to tell you.

Diagnosis of pcos shld be confirmed by hormone tests. It is possible to conceive but such patients need some help in the form of follicular monitoring and ovarian stimulation. So don't worry. Try to loose some weight if possible.
