I am a 77- year old widower male. I have not had natural sex for the last 20 years or so. But I have an urge to masturbate and ejaculate without full erection. So I do masturbation once every week but most often no fluid is ejaculated. I underwent vasectomy surgery long back. I suffer from the problem of urinary inconsistency I have to go to the toilet every 1.5-2.0 hours to urinate. I have moderately enlarged prostate and have slight irritation and difficulty while passing the urine and my bladder does not empty fully. I cannot walk without some support. I also have constipation, gas and moderately high blood sugar problems. Is masturbation harmful when I have enlarged prostrate? Could any doctor suggest some medicines?
