He has suffering from mood swing I consulted doc he gave olimelt 10 and decorate 1g he is taking it from last 2 years but now the medicine has no effect.

Dear lybrate-user, The mood swings are attacks of depression and mania. In between, he may be normal. Now he would have had a relapse or he would have got a mood change. Not that medicines don't work. The mood change may not have come to the notice of the psychiatrist. Please take him to the doctor without stopping dicorate 1 g.
