I have jock itch on my inner thighs. Which medicine should I use to cure this. Lamisil is good or should I use something else.

Please try to keep the area clean and dry. Avoid scratcing, please trim your nails. Try to avoid tight fitting clothes. Use cotton clothes. Jeans and inner clothes should be washed regulalry and dried in hot sun. You could just use talcum powder for the time being until you consult dermatologist. Please avoid self medication as it can sometimes worsen the problem or it could go into a recurrent chronic mode.
