I am 36 years old female I have two small haemorroids whic are painful even though they are small in size. If I took sitz bath or applying betadine ointment there is no pain. If I stopped it the pain will appear two days latter. Why this happens. Kindly suggest me what is the best treatment to it preferably at home available. As I am medical professional kindly advise me in a better way.

Applying bitadine is giving you a placebo effect. Haemorrhoids is not an infective condition, so bitadine will not help in any way. Sitting in hot water twice a day will give you good relief. You must make changes to your dietary habits, the major portion of your diet must be salads and fruits along with plenty of water will help. Try this for three weeks, if the problem still persists, please consider surgery.
