Dear Lybrate user. I can understand. Test HIV after 85 days of exposure & test result is 0.24 (Negative. Test was P24 ECLIA test for HIV is normal and usually the test result is accurate and you do not have any HIV presence. Usually doctors advise to have another test after 6 months of exposure. Talk to your doctor regarding this. Take care.
