Allergic rhinitis and chronic rhinosinusitis are completely different conditions with different etiopathogenesis. Allergic skin prick tests and nasal endoscopy are available with ent specialists and allergists and respiratory specialists. Hrct of paranasal sinuses is normally not advised in these conditions, what is advised is ncct pns in cases of chronic rhinosinusitis.
