I am 28 year old 1 year ago had gone through hair transplant front and crown but still hair fall is not stop, really worried and have get marry becoz of hair loss stop to search girl, please advise permanent solution for hair.

Hello dear Lybrate user. Along with hair transplantation U are using topical medication and oral Biotin, Fe,Cu, Se containing multivitamin or not? Try to avoid stress taking, cigarette smoking, alcohol intake if any. Take food rich in nuts, fruits,green leafy vegetables, protein rich food eg Soya bean, pulses,egg, milk.Be cautious about the type of shampoo, conditioner U are using.
