I just had my fasting sugar test done. Mine fasting sugar was 115 and PP was 151. Please let me what should be the action plan. I do not have any heredity. Can it be reversed?

Yes. At this stage it might be reversible. You need to go off simple carbohydrates like sugar, sweets etc. Start regular exercise for about 30 min. This should help in controlling diabetes to a great extent
