Have multiple follicle on ovary. Also ovary size increased. But in February it was all ok but now this problem arise. Also no hormonal problem, reports are fine. N I want to conceive naturally what to do to increase chances.

Hi lybrate-user! There can be polycystic ovaries without any obvious hormonal analysis disturbances. If your periods are regular then most probably you should be ovulating also but if periods are irregular then tests to check for ovulation needs to be done. In case you are over weight try to reduce your weight, get into regular exercise for an hour daily and try timed intercourse in fertile period for at least 6 months. If inspite of these you don't conceive then your doctor will need to investigate further. All the best:)
