I M suffering from low blood pressure (90/60) .also suffers from gas and indigestion. I have low allergies in moong dal, egg products, banana and prawn. However four days a week I take moong dal and egg thrice a week. Can I take milk? But it is said that it produces gas however I have no allergy in milk. Everyday I take Kellogg's corn flakes with milk and two dates. Then at 12 noon I take rice and moong dal with potato (4 days a week. At 6 p.m I take puffed rice with fried potato's and at ngt rice and vegetables. Please guide me to have my right food so that I can come out of the sufferings Thanks.
