This is not uncommon dear Lybrate user. This is only a temporary condition which will disappear in course of time on its own accord. During the period of pregnancy and delivery there is a lot of physiological changes and hormonal fluctuations in the body which may cause some kind of mood disorders in some women. Moreover the process of giving birth to a child itself is a painful event that can add stress, and nursing the new born is also a stressful state. All these factors may have caused you to undergo low mood. But again, this is only a temporary condition. Socialize more, spend quality time with your friends, parents, relatives etc and do something that you're interested, go for a brisk walk everyday, you will get to the normal track soon.
