Madam, We are trying for a baby since last four months with the help of a local gynaecologist. We did semen analysis for me and blood, urine test of partner. Everything is reportedly fine. We are unable to conceive since last four months. The Doctor has suggested to have laparoscopy with the cost of Rs. 18000. What should I do? Please suggest.

Pregnancy is possible only on one day of cycle, day of ovulation when ovum is released from ovary of woman. That is why couple should have 12 to 24 cycles of unprotected sex around time of ovulation before going to Gynecologist or infertility specialist for further evaluation and advise. At that stage scopy may be required, however that is for future.
