Hi I want to become a fitness model but I have genetic problem of piles and I notice that I have started occurring piles what should I do, should I stop lifting. Please provide full info.

Weight lifting and strenuous exercise may exaggerate preexisting piles, keep your stool soft by taking plenty of fluids orally and high fibre diet even you can take syp cremaffin 3 to 6 tsf hs daily, get examined by a general surgeon and proctoscopy to be done for proper treatment.
