Hi, There is a pinching pain in my stomach from inside, it comes and goes from time to time. On a scale of 1-10, I would rate the stomach pain at 2.5. I have not been able to figure out a pattern of this pain, means it happens anytime in a day at any hour before or after a meal. This type of pain is really weird because it does not burn neither does it pain a lot. I am not taking any type of medication. My lifestyle recently is not stressful, I eat home cooked food mostly. Mostly I drink Bisleri water and sometimes very rarely tap water. My sleep is a little uneven, not complete 6-7 hours. Please suggest what I need to do or at least which type of a specialist doctor I may need to visit.

Dear lybrate user. I can understand. Stomach pain could be because of many reasons. But the usual reasons are gastritis or acidity or indigestion or food poison. You do not have any sedentary life style which could trigger any other problems. Therefore do not panic. You need to consult a MD Medicine doctor or a gastrologist for the purpose of initial diagnosis. Take care.
