From last 2 heads I am feeling chills without no reason. Many times I feel chills. Even in summer I feel chills during bath. every time I checked my temperature it's always normal. I never had fever. My HIV HCV HBV all reports are negative then what could be the reason behind that. Help me please.

Dear lybrate-user. I can understand. Chills can occur with a fever and cause shivering or shaking. Your body chills can be constant. Some chills occur after exposure to a cold environment. They can also occur as a response to a bacterial or viral infection that causes a fever. You are HEALTH ANXIOUS, it seems. Hypochondriasis is an Obsession with the idea of having a serious but undiagnosed medical condition. Health anxiety is not a serious mental disorder but without proper treatment the person affected could be depressed and continuously engaged in negative thoughts. I suggest online counseling, cognitive Behavior Therapy and Relaxation therapy. Take care.
