Hi team, I am diagnosed with PCOS earlier this week. I have done all my blood tests and ultrasound. Insulin and thyroid level is normal but my LH hormone is very high and I have done it last week (Please note here that I have not got periods since 1 month). I am on medications and have started to take healthy vegetables and fruits only plus exercise everyday. Please suggest what I can do additionally to balance out my lh hormone.
